This easy chai latte smoothie is a perfect warm weather healthy treat!
Serves: 1 smoothie
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 chai tea bag
  • 1 ripe banana, cut into pieces and frozen
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ginger
  1. Heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the chai tea bag and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes, then take the pan off the heat and allow it to come to room temperature. Remove the tea bag and put the infused milk in a container and store it in the refrigerator until ready to use.
  2. Add the frozen banana, infused milk, cinnamon and ginger to a blender. Mix on high speed until frothy, pour into a glass and serve.
